Doctrinal Statement

1. The Godhead

  • I believe that there is only one God. That one God exists in three persons known as the Trinity (3 in 1). The Trinity includes God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. All three are eternal. (Deut. 6:4; 1 Tim. 2:5; Eph. 4:4-6; Matt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 15:13)

2. The Word of God

  • The Bible is the Word of God. I believe in the verbal inspiration and plenary authority in its original writings. (2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21)

3. The Lord Jesus Christ

  • I believe in the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is God. I also believe in the Lord Jesus Christ's virgin birth, vicarious death, His spotless humanity, His burial, and His resurrection. (Luke 1:35; Phil. 2:6-9; Rom. 3:1,4; 1 Cor. 15:1-4)

4. Salvation

  • I believe that salvation today, under the Dispensation of Grace, is by grace through faith alone. It is not by any works that I have done. The Lord Jesus Christ was sent by God to be a propitiation (satisfaction) for the sins of the world. His death paid for all the sins of the world, when He died on the cross of Calvary. His work on the cross is a finished, completed work. The only thing left for us to do is just believe in Him. Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for all of your sins, was buried, and rose again the third day. (Eph 2:8,9; Titus 3:5; Rom. 3:25; Acts 16:31; 1 Cor. 15:1-4)

5. One Baptism

  • I believe that there is only one baptism in effect today under the current Dispensation of Grace. That baptism is a Spiritual baptism. Every believer who has trusted in Christ as their personal Savior has been baptized by the Holy Spirit. Water baptism is no longer required for this dispensation (Eph 4:5; 1 Cor. 12:12,13)

6. One Body

  • I believe that every true believer who has trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ as their own personal Savior is a member of the One Body called the Body of Christ. Every believer becomes a member of the One True Church (ekklesia) the very moment they believe. The Holy Spirit baptizes each believer into the Body of Christ. (Eph 4:4; 1 Cor. 12:12,13)

7. Eternal Security

  • I believe that every member of the Body of Christ is eternally secure in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are complete (made full) in Christ. We are sealed by the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit is the actual seal itself. We have eternal life in Christ, therefore we also have eternal security in Him. (Col. 2:10; Eph 1:13,14)

8. Pretribulation Rapture

  • I believe that the Body of Christ will be raptured (caught up) before the Tribulation starts. The Body of Christ must be removed from the earth, before God continues the Prophetic program with the nation of Israel. (1 Thes. 4:13-18; Rom. 11:25)

9. The Mystery

  • The Mystery was hid in God before the the world began and He kept it a secret until He revealed it first to the Apostle Paul. To him was revealed the eternal purpose of God. That both Jews and Gentiles would be members of one Body with no difference between each other. We find the instructions for the Body of Christ in only Paul's epistles. (Rom. 16:25; Gal. 1:11,12; Eph 3:1-9; Col. 1:24-27)
